Set up the detection region in L-aitool
Prepare Windows, choose a window, check the ROI and start viewing AI detection boxes.
L-aitool is experimental. Check the captured region before evaluating detection results.
1. Check your setup
You need Windows 11 x64, compatible GPU drivers and Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable. The current package targets tested RTX 4060 and Intel UHD hardware.
The app page will list a download source when a public package is ready. The development machine’s configuration does not establish compatibility for every PC.
2. Choose a window and ROI
- Open the app to observe in windowed or borderless mode.
- Select the correct window in L-aitool.
- Click Lấy ảnh ROI (capture ROI) to inspect the image being processed.
- Adjust the ROI if it does not match the region you want to observe.
Recheck the ROI when switching windows or apps, because the current configuration is shared.
3. Start detection
Select a suitable model and AI device. If the configuration needs an engine that has not been built, click Tạo engine (build engine) and wait for completion; the first build may take several minutes.
Click Bắt đầu (start) to view detection boxes. Hiển thị ROI trên overlay shows the processed region. Click Dừng (stop) when finished.
4. If no boxes appear
Check that the selected window is in the foreground, the ROI contains an image, the overlay is enabled and the engine is ready. A scene may simply contain no objects the model recognizes.
When reporting a problem, include your hardware, selected model/backend and the failing step. Evaluate FPS and accuracy using real scenes.
